Leak detection does not guarantee identification of all possible water entry points, especially where issues are hidden behind walls or within substrates.

If deeper problems exist, such as failed waterproofing or substrate movement, a full shower rebuild may be required.
Aquatech does not guarantee that surface repairs will resolve leaks caused by structural or waterproofing failure.
Waterproofing and rebuild work is completed in line with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Once tiles or fixtures are removed, hidden defects may be uncovered.
Any additional work required as a result will be discussed before proceeding.
Aquatech uses high quality products from reputable suppliers.
Product availability may vary and suitable alternatives may be used if needed.
Matching tile colours or finishes cannot be guaranteed due to manufacturer or batch differences.
Aquatech provides workmanship and waterproofing warranties for eligible services.

A cancellation fee may apply where reasonable costs have been incurred or time has been allocated.
If Aquatech needs to reschedule due to weather, supply issues, illness or safety concerns, we will notify clients promptly.

Pre-existing structural issues
Plumbing faults unrelated to the work performed
Damage caused by ongoing use of a leaking shower
Hidden defects not visible during inspection
Movement in the building or natural material expansion
To the extent permitted by law, Aquatech’s liability is limited to the cost of rectifying the specific work carried out.
